I hate you alphabetically speaking, you’re not OK.
My mum used to sing the song, maybe to me, maybe to my babies, I am not sure. I do remember bouncing my daughter up and down, singing it to her, and then later, my daughter and I sang it to my son. Later still we all sang this together in the car on long journeys. We sing it to each other still, the words have altered slightly over the years. It’s fun to wander through the alphabet with you, a shame to see it’s gone so bad.
Hopefully when my children are older, we can all sing the original together again, until then, it can wait here as a reminder to my children. If they have children themselves, they should ready this and see the funny side, all sibling argue, I will watch on a from a grandmaly distance.
